Office Administrator: Salary range is 70,000-80,000, full benefits, terrific bonus and 4 weeks of vacation. This not a hybrid role and it is in the office 5 days per week. The office is in the Yonge and Bloor area.

Office Administrator:

Responsibilities include:

• Day-to-day office management including greeting visitors, collecting/distributing deliveries, placing catering orders, onsite meeting set-up and acting as a general resource for the office

• Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment

• Support office processes and planning, including preparation of meeting materials and other stakeholder reporting requirements

• Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements for Executives

• Assist with financial and operational reporting and compliance filings

• Plan and execute social activities for the office

• Maintain documents and records in appropriate files

• Collect and scan bank statements, and support the finance team with input of basic financial data and assist with basic reporting requirements

• Collaborate across functions and provide ad-hoc support and/or manage special projects, as assigned

• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgement

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant

• Post-secondary degree is a definite asset

• Proven problem-solving skills and agility to anticipate and tackle any task assigned

• Strong written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders

• Exceptional attention to detail, take direction and work effectively independently

• Proficiency with technology, including the ability to work efficiently and effectively using multiple software platforms (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), and other programs as required
